Built an automated, wireless, bluetooth enabled, battery powered counter to remind myself how long I’ve been working from home. Uses an Adafruit Feather nRF52 board and a panel of MAX72xx LEDs.

After working from home straight for a month, I am reminded of how lucky I am. Working in an industry that gives me the opportunity to work from anywhere. As common as that sounds to some people, it is actually a rarity for majority of the population. Fact is, we probably would need to keep doing this for at least a couple more months to ensure that the health care system is not overwhelmed and hopefully test kits/vaccines would be more readily available by then.

To all those that are fortunate enough to be working from home and have job security during these trying times: please stay at home. No matter how sick you are with going to work in your jammies in the next room or having to share working space with your little ones; be grateful and just remind yourself that this too shall pass.
